Where it comes from
Billasaari started as a story about a Bitcoin island in the Helsinki archipelago that doesn’t exist yet.
It pivoted into a service for travellers and nomads looking for Bitcoin communities around the world — which ones are alive, and how we know.
Perhaps one day it opens a real Bitcoin island in Finland — who knows.
